For help finding the perfect fit for each style, please refer to the size guide on each product page. We generally recommend ordering the same size as other high-quality leather boots or dress shoes, or ½ size larger than your usual sneakers. If you are between two sizes, please order the larger size.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products? I am very sure of that. If you ordered the wrong size or have any other questions, you can always contact us for a free exchange or return, as long as:

Your item is undamaged, undamaged, in resaleable condition (i.e. the sole has no creases or scuffs), and is in its original packaging.
If you receive the product and find that the quality of the product is incomplete, please provide the corresponding photo.
Your return request will be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the original order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Our products are delivered in two ways. One is to ship directly from a warehouse in the US or Europe. Approximate delivery time is 3-5 days. If the product is no longer available in overseas warehouses, it will be shipped directly from the Asian factory. About 7-15 days.

Williamen INC's operations are headquartered in Colorado Springs, and all of our products are handcrafted for many years by skilled artisans in a men's shoe manufacturing facility. We currently have factories in China (Quanzhou) and Vietnam (Hanoi) in Asia. We have full-time team members in every country we manufacture, and we are confident and proud to say that all of our suppliers and manufacturing partners provide the highest quality workmanship and adhere to the highest standards of fair labor and environmental stewardship .

We are responsible for the products sold in all stores. If the received goods are damaged rather than deliberately damaged, you can provide us with photos or video proofs, and we will support returns and exchanges.
